Started as a county medical
society service over twenty years ago, TPQVO is a credentials
verification organization that aims at improving credentialing processes for healthcare organizations nationwide
through outsourcing. Now celebrating its 10th year,
TPQVO continues the tradition of providing a valuable
service to clients while striving to treat medical staff
members as customers.
TPQVO provides application processing and credentials verification
services to a broad range of healthcare organization clients including
hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), office-based
surgical practice, networks, nursing homes, and medical

We follow Joint Commission, NCQA, and AAAHC
credentials verification standards as required by our clients and are NCQA certified in 10 out of 10 credentialing services. We are experts in managing and verifying physician and other healthcare
